Building curtain wall has a good ability to withstand wind and rain and humid air infiltration.Compared to the traditional enclosure structure,building curtain wall also has the characteristics of light weight,so compared to the traditional enclosure structure the earthquake effect of high-rise buildings is reduced.In recent years,with the increasing using of curtain wall of high-rised construction and super-high-rised construction that the difficulty of the construction of the curtain wall is also increased,structural checking computation,construction safety management and other issues have become increasingly prominent.This research takes the cantilevered construction operation platform design of a super-high-rised radio and television transmission tower outer curtain wall as the research object to study the structural checking computation and construction safety management.The constantly refreshed height of super-high-risedbuiding,new and innovated building facade brings new requirement to modern outer wall curtain construction techonology,with the rapid development of super-high-rised building,the problem of network security is more and more outstanding.The requirements of curtain wall construction technology is strict,construction conditions are also subject to various constraints.But the curtain wall industry is developing rapidly which has become the main project of the construction industry.In this case,the professional curtain wall construction companies have sprung up in general.The scale of the industry expanded gradually,a lot of problems in the construction also appeared.The construction technology of curtain wall Decoration Company is uneven.Some of the construction compacniescan not do the construction design and construction process,there are many technical problems in the construction process.The way to improve the safety of the cantilevered construction operation platform has become an urgent an important issue to solve.This paper summarizes the experience and lessons in the practice of building curtain wall engineering to expatiate the main points of the curtain wall construction project including structural checking computation,erection and removal of the scaffold,detail treatment of scaffold,construction safety management etc.The research found that the focus of the design of the construction program are the design and checking computation of operation platform and construction organization and management.According to the engineer practice and the construction procedure mentioned above,grasp the key technical points,so that the project to reduce the risk of construction safety,ensure the construction period,to achieve good economic benefits,and improve the quality of the project,to meet the requirements of technical specifications and get through wall engineering detection.In this paper,we identify and analyze the potential problems in construction design,components checking calculation and construction plan preparation when making the design and erection of operation platform.Combined with engineering practice of curtain wall in the construction process,safety management and control measures are summurised to provide reference for the afterday super-high-rised broadcast television multi-function launch tower outside curtain wall egineering operation platform.
