Since the beginning of the new century,manufacturing enterprises have gradually adopted informatized management methods,which has greatly improved their production efficiency.However,there are still some problems when enterprises apply information management.For example,many enterprises currently only record the information produced by the enterprise into the database without analyzing the data,and find the hidden information in the data to help the enterprise reduce costs and improve Company competitiveness.At present,many manufacturing companies do not perform cluster analysis on supplier information,which leads to a lack of scientific basis for enterprises when selecting suppliers.In order to solve the shortcomings of enterprises when selecting suppliers,this paper uses the K-means algorithm to mine the supplier information of the enterprises.In order to enable enterprises to select suppliers based on the actual situation,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to help corporate decision makers select suppliers reasonably and scientifically.The core function of the intelligent purchasing system of manufacturing enterprises based on the K-means algorithm is to realize the classification of suppliers and select suppliers based on the actual needs of the enterprise.This article mainly discusses the use of K-means algorithm and analytic hierarchy process to select suppliers.Based on the actual needs of cooperative units as the starting point,the system design,procurement process management,and supplier selection system based on K-means and analytic hierarchy process are completed.Finally,the finished software was described with pictures and text.This article is based on the actual needs of manufacturing companies,combined with the specific requirements of laboratory cooperation companies,to research and design the core functions of intelligent procurement systems for manufacturing companies based on the K-means algorithm.The main contents of this article include the following:(1)Requirement analysis is performed from the four aspects of the system's core functions: organization and system organization,data management,procurement management,and supplier management,and the summary of the system is completed.(2)From the perspective of the algorithm for clustering suppliers,determine the algorithm for clustering suppliers.(3)Research on the supplier's evaluation index system,combine the development of domestic and foreign supplier systems,and the development of the enterprise itself,determine the supplier's evaluation index,and build a supplier evaluation index system,and use the hierarchy analysis Method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of all indicators.(4)Design and implementation of K-means-based intelligent procurement system.Adopt C / S architecture,C # language and Oracle database to develop intelligent purchasing system based on data mining.The system mainly includes four modules:supplier management,procurement management,contract management and request management,and displays the application results.
