In today's society,big data industry is booming and network technology is constantly innovating.The fast pace of information life mode has become the mainstream of society,when traveling to live in serviced apartments has become a mainstream choice.Because the traditional hotel management mode cannot adapt to the efficient new social environment,it is gradually replaced by intelligent and efficient modern management tools.Although some prescient hotels have purchased hotel management software,most of such software lacks the function of big data analysis and cannot provide users with better services at a higher level through big data analysis.Hotel management system in-depth research and development and continuous improvement,the development of the domestic hotel industry has a positive and important role in promoting the development of the national economy.This system mainly designs several modules,such as room reserv ation,member order inquiry,room source management,order management and operation data prediction.Among them,the prediction of operation data is the innovation point of this topic.The realization method is to analyze and calculate the operation data of the hotel in the past few years,and predict the distribution of the number of customers,room demand and operating income of the hotel in the next year,so as to effectively improve the operation benefit of the hotel.Big data analysis has gone through a series of processes including target determination,data collection,data import and processing,analysis model establishment,model interpretation and evaluation,and knowledge application.In the design process of prediction algorithm,weighted average prediction method,average growth rate evaluation prediction method,weighted average growth rate evaluation prediction method and a combination of various prediction methods are used successively.After many tests,the algorithm was improved continuously,and finally the combination of weighted average prediction algorithm and weighted average growth rate algorithm was decided.The weighted average growth rate algorithm is specially designed according to the actual situation.After the prediction and calculation of a number of data and the comparison between the predicted value and the real value,the results show that the two values are very close,which proves that the prediction algorithm is of great practical value.The application of this algorithm can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the hotel.After more than a year of efforts,this project has been basically completed.This set of long-rented hotel management system not only has the proper management functions of small and medium-sized hotels,but also realizes the prediction of some important data in the future,and finally achieves the purpose of effectively improving the hotel operating efficiency.Along with the market demand unceasing change,this system certainly has many needs to improve the place,like the function increase and the consummation,the forecast algorithm further improvement and so on.
