| In recent years,with the increase of national income and the continuous increase of consumption,the amount of food and beverage consumption has been increasing year by year,and the hotel industry in China has entered a period of vigorous development.At the same time,the cost of food materials and labor has been increasing,and the demand for individual consumption has become more and more.Hotels are also facing great challenges while facing development opportunities.How to grasp customer needs,provide fast and considerate services,how to control costs,scientific operations,are the focus questions for the survival and development of hotels.Obviously,the traditional semi-manual management method cannot adapt to the current management needs.More and more hotels want to adopt modern information management systems to normalize hotel business processes,simplify repetitive manual labor,control operating costs,and be able to obtain user needs through data processing technology which can provide strong support for corporate decision-making and scientific management.Considering that the operating environment of small and medium-sized hotels is not high and cannot bear excessive costs,a hotel management system is designed and implemented for their business management process and requirements,SQL Server 2008 is used to development the background database and Tomcat is used to development the front-end in this Web Service based hotel management system.Taking customer demand as the main line,the detailed design and implementation of operation management of the customer consumption is discussed in this paper.Beyond the basis of the traditional hotel management function,the user needs analysis and user preference recommendation function are included.The test results show that through the operation of this management system,the hotel can always master the use of the table,check the consumption situation,and collect customer food preferences.It can provide strong support for hotel management decisions. |
