At present,the media has been undergoing a great transformation driven by the Internet technology revolution.The existing media form has gradually achieved the integration with people at the subject level through self innovation and evolution.In the process of communication,it pursues the "participation" and "presence" of the body to maximize the comfort of the body,so as to achieve better communication effect.This new form of communication,immersion communication is considered to be the dominant mode of communication in the new media era,while flow theory focuses on the effect of immersion communication.According to the flow theory,people in the state of flow experience devote themselves to an activity with a high degree of attention,so that they lose self-consciousness and ignore the existence of the surrounding environment,and this state has the characteristics of repetition.In the process of the development of the "cyber Age" in the future,the integration of human and machine(media)will first experience the flow experience of human on the psychological level,so as to achieve better integration.In the past two years,the consumption of short video has been growing rapidly.It has been developing and infiltrating into people's daily life,gradually influencing and changing people's social,shopping and media use behavior.By June 2019,the number of short video users was648 million,accounting for 75.8% of the total Internet users.The DouYin short video platform is one of the short video applications.As of January2020,the domestic users of DouYin exceeded 400 million,compared with250 million in January 2019,an increase of 60%.It is worth noting that short video,with its unique communication characteristics,such as providing challenging tasks,specific goals,sound and image with strong sensory stimulation to make people pay attention to focus,can make users easily get flow experience.Therefore,from the perspective of flow theory,the research on short video,a relatively new popular form of communication,has become a research topic that can not be ignored.This study starts with the current research on flow theory and the trend of "enbodied" and "immersion" in communication.This paper studies the user flow experience of the DouYin short video popular category : the beauty makeup short video and the influencing factors mainly by questionnaire survey method.We should get a deeper understanding of the user's media usage behavior and its development trend,and pay attention to the relationship between media and human in psychological level.This paper summarizes the current pre factors and measurement indicators,as well as the correlation between them,analyzes and discusses the relevant phenomena and problems that accompany the short video flow experience,and finally attempts to make reasonable suggestions for the short video application in improving the user flow experience.More importantly,it can guide the user's using,interacting,consuming and other behaviors are developing in a healthy direction.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part of the first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research purposes,research methods,literature review and innovation of the paper,which paves the way for the follow-up research.The second part is the main body of this paper,which consists of four chapters: the second chapter,on the basis of summarizing previous studies,builds the research model,defines the factors in the model in detail and puts forward research hypotheses;the third chapter mainly solves the problem of questionnaire design,mainly designs the questionnaire on the basis of referring to the previous studies and combining the characteristics of this study,and issues the questionnaire to collect sample data;The fourth chapter is the descriptive statistical analysis,one-way anova,reliability analysis,validityanalysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data.Through the data analysis,we can understand the user's media use behavior and the psychological relationship between people and media,and verify the research hypothesis.the fifth chapter draws the research conclusion on the basis of the summary analysis,and points out the pertinence in a larger perspective This paper analyzes the relevant phenomena and problems associated with short video immersion experience,puts forward suggestions,and reflects on and prospects the shortcomings of this study.The third part is the summary of this study.
