In recent years,the new retail revolution has given rise to a high integration of both online and offline retail industry in China.Offline stores have changed its previous business model of single sales,and began to focus on consumer experience services,providing more interaction to attract consumers.In this process,as a typical form of experience store,the pop-up store,relying on its unique advantages of flexible operation,convenient layout,customized marketing,began to be favored by the industry.The design and manufacturing of flash stores belongs to a cross domain problem,which requires the integration of a variety of innovative elements.In the face of the complexity of new retail application scenarios and the personalized customization needs of different customers,at present,there is a lack of a set of systematic design and development process for pop-up stores.Meanwhile,as a new type of business,the popup store is in need of the restriction of market system as well as the specification of technical indicators.The academic research on flash stores mainly focuses on marketing,and there is no complete technical system in the field of design and manufacturing.All these factors jointly hinder the future large-scale development of pop-up stores.Considering the current situation,this paper combines multi-disciplinary results,takes agile innovation as the guiding ideology,industrial design and spatial structure design as the main research core.Then it explores the design and development process of this type of experience store under the new retail background,and establishes the key design and development content and evaluation tools in each stage of the process.Later on,these research results have been applied in the business case of a company's pop-up dessert store,and delivers satisfying results.The main results and innovations achieved are as follows:1.Based on the agile innovation concept,the design and development process of the pop-up store is established,which takes environmental space research,product packaging design,product engineering design,construction and effectiveness assessment as five key stages.2.Based on the business environment analysis,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,mechanical test,product information model and other interdisciplinary research tools,the process is controlled to be generally scientific and feasible.Meanwhile,it provides reference principles and evaluation standards for the future design and development of the pop-up stores.3.Cooperate with a company to apply the design and development of the pop-up store to the practice of a pop-up dessert store,and finally verify the feasibility of the process through the effectiveness assessment.
