In recent years,China has gradually promoted the construction of urbanization,the pace of construction industrialization has been further accelerated,and the construction industry is developing at a high speed.The construction industry has ushered in new opportunities,but the challenges can not be ignored.In today's sustainable development strategy,in order to reduce the energy consumption generated by the traditional construction methods,change the traditional management methods,and reduce environmental pollution,the construction industry is bound to usher in a new transformation and upgrading,assembly building has become an inevitable trend.Assembly building has less environmental pollution,more effective use of resources and improve construction efficiency,which is an important guarantee to achieve transformation and upgrading.The new type of building industrialization is the transformation of the traditional building form,which is characterized by standardized design,factory production and the integration of prefabricated components assembly and construction.The traditional construction industry only needs to transport concrete by concrete tank car,but the volume of prefabricated components is large and needs to be transported many times,so the transportation cost accounts for the majority of the cost of prefabricated components.The distribution of prefabricated components will be a hot research topic.In China,the development of prefabricated buildings started late,lacking of scientific distribution management.However,the optimization of distribution vehicle path not only affects the cost of prefabricated component factory,but also affects the construction efficiency of the construction site.The prefabricated component factory has brought benefits to the construction industry.Many developed countries have introduced the advanced logistics management idea of manufacturing industry into the construction industry,transferred the transportation process to the professional distribution center,established the distribution center between the provider and the demander,improved the degree of specialization,improved efficiency and reduced costs.In this paper,the traditional logistics distribution idea is fully used for reference,and the scientific organization mode is introduced into the distribution of prefabricated components.There are many uncertainties in the construction process of the construction industry,project delays often occur,in the context of limited construction period constraints,it is often necessary to rush to work,so this paper is committed to research out a transport vehicle path optimization scheme that meets the characteristics of prefabricated components,not only to meet the schedule requirements of the construction party,but also to meet the production scheme and cost of prefabricated components production enterprises In this paper,the concept of distribution center is applied to the whole construction industry,and the research on vehicle path optimization of prefabricated components with limited time limit is put forward.The specific research content of this paper is divided into the following parts:First of all,based on the analysis of the research status of assembly building and vehicle distribution management at home and abroad,this paper expounds the basic theory of logistics distribution and its system,introduces VRP Problem and vehicle path problem of assembly prefabricated components,and establishes the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the related concepts of prefabricated component distribution,analyzes the traditional logistics distribution and the distribution process of prefabricated components,compares it with the traditional logistics distribution process,summarizes the characteristics of prefabricated component distribution,and introduces the influencing factors of the distribution cost of prefabricated components,on the basis of which traditional logistics distribution mode will be established The concept of lower distribution center is introduced into the transportation of prefabricated components,and a new distribution mode of prefabricated components is proposed.Secondly,the characteristics of assembly construction are introduced,the assembly construction process is analyzed,and the uncertainties in the construction process are further analyzed,and the uncertainties in the construction are put forw ard.The occurrence of these uncertainties will directly lead to the construction The delay of the period,under the constraint of the limited construction period,will occur the situation of rush to work.On this basis,consider the constraints of the time window,and lay the foundation for the establishment of the next chapter model.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of prefabricated component transportation,because of the difference between prefabricated component transportation and traditional vehicle distribution,firstly,the goal of establishing the model is determined,and the factors that affect its path optimization are analyzed.Secondly,some assumptions are put forward for the model.Under the constraints of limited construction period,the time benefit that does not meet the time window constraints of the construction unit is considered Cost,which includes fixed cost,transportation cost and penalty cost caused by not meeting time window constraints.Fourth,first of all,the current optimization algorithm is briefly introduced,and its advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed;secondly,the working mechanism of ordinary mileage saving algorithm is introduced,and its applicability in path optimization is discussed;finally,the improvement idea of mileage saving algorithm is put forward,considering the constraints of time window and mileage under the influence of limited construction period,and the improved section The basic idea and working mechanism of the algorithm are described.Fifthly,the model of distribution route optimization of prefabricated components is applied to the practical example,and the improved mileage saving algorithm is used to solve the problem.The feasibility and effectiveness are verified by the result analysis,which provides a new method and reference for the vehicle route optimization of prefabricated components.
