The micro crystal resonator is a micro-electronic component that is widely used in various fields by utilizing the piezoelectric effect of a quartz crystal to generate a high-precision oscillation frequency.The production process is very complicated,as a supporting equipment for the packaging process in the production process,the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment mainly completes the packaging of the micro crystal resonator cover and the package base.In order to save the development cost and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise,and meet stable operation and production efficiency requirements of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment.The combination of theoretical analysis,simulation optimization and prototype verification is used to study the layout and cycle time design technology of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment in this dissertation.The main research works of the dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the process flow of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment and the functional analysis of each device,the layout scheme of the packaging equipment is designed by combining with the layout principle and layout form characteristics.The Petri net model of the packaging equipment process flow is established based on the Petri net model theory,and the performance of Petri net model system is analyzed by invariant analysis method to verify the rationality of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment layout and process flow.(2)The expected cycle time of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment is calculated based on the calculation method of the theoretical cycle time of the production line.The calculation method of cycle time of each device of the packaging equipment is proposed,including the action sequence planning,action time analysis and action sequence modeling of each device,and calculate the cycle time of each device of the packaging equipment.According to the obtained cycle time of each device,the actual cycle time of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment is analyzed and compared with the expected cycle time.(3)Based on the finite state machine theory,the Stateflow simulation model of the package base transfer device in the micro crystal resonator package equipment is built,and the timing simulation diagram and cycle time are obtained to verify the correctness of the calculation method of the cycle time.The simulation model of cycle time of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment is build based on Flexsim software.It is analyzed whether the design results of cycle time meets the requirements based on the simulation results,and the optimization design scheme of the cycle time is proposed.According to the optimized layout scheme and the design results of cycle time of the packaging equipment,and based on the prototype of the packaging equipment and field test,the rationality and correctness of the layout and cycle time design of the packaging equipment are verified through experiments.The dissertation provides theoretical basis and technical support for the development and manufacture of the micro crystal resonator packaging equipment,ensuring the stable operation of the packaging equipment and the production efficiency meets the requirements of the enterprise,saving the development cost of the enterprise and improving the market competitiveness.
