With the advancement of technology and the continuous development andexpansion of enterprises, personnel management has become increasinglycomplex; thus attendance management is becoming an important issue to thehuman resource managers. How to standardize attendance management hasbecome an important working content for the modern enterprises to improvemanagement quality. Enterprises continuously improve their product qualityand credibility, and increase the demands on staff quality and accountability, asa result, the automatic, scientific, humanistic, and precise attendancemanagement has become a widespread issue. In the traditional attendancemanagement, there are problems, such as low efficiency, and difficult statistics,and these waste time and affect the labor productivity, therefore, productioncosts are increased. This traditional way of attendance by signing can nolonger meet the needs of enterprise modernization. Along with the rapiddevelopment of computer technology, of biology technology, and especially ofcommunication technology, fingerprint attendance has brought newopportunities. Attendance system based on computer and network arepopping up like booming. Now it is necessary for the enterprises to build asystem that can improve management efficiency. And a intelligent andscientific attendance management enables enterprises to receive timelyfeedback, reduce the numbers of management staff, and improve theproductivity and rapidly. In this context I designed fingerprint attendancesystem to meet enterprise needs.Fingerprint attendance system, as a part of the computer application, combines corporate LAN, used as information transfer medium, withattendance information, providing more advantages than the traditional system.It can speed up the generation of staff attendance statistics and increase theattendance information accuracy. Attendance can be retrieved quickly bycomputer and found more easily, and human and material inputs could besaved. Further, the fingerprint attendance system decreases humaninterference and has high reliability, storage capacity, and privacy, whichimproves staff efficiency, and indirectly reduce the cost. This concludes thatdesign and development of an enterprise management system is necessaryfor enterprise business management based on a combination of scientificmanagement theory. The development of this system is significant to theenterprise now and in the future, whether from the management or technologyperspectives.Fingerprint attendance system fully meet the needs of a modernenterprise as the systems use VC together with SQL data for development. VCis famous for strong programming. SQL processes the data fast, stable, andefficient on fingerprint attendance system and serves as the background dataprocessor. Fingerprint attendance system can effectively handle largefingerprint data for attendance, this system has laid a solid foundation for theforeground. It can also satisfy the needed technical support for data transferacross the network. The overall Fingerprint attendance system frameworkuses b/s structure which will centralize the organic combination of informationfrom different locations spread across the area. This research system consistsof the following five components: data processing, time queries, printing andmaintenance, repair and setup, and device management. The fingerprintattendance system also achieves full realization of paperless operations. Forlargely scattered workshops and departments, management levels andindependent management are created to address the difference inadministrative privileges. Management is unified through the network ofofficers arranged by the attendance information. The thesis of the attendance machine technical difficulties and keytechnical points are described in3aspects, the first aspect is the fingerprintmachine data information, attendance, the user first input their ID in the systeminterface, and then collect the fingerprint information in their system prompt(finger print image). System will be used for processing of the fingerprint imageacquisition. Second aspects of the fingerprint information redundancymanagement, realization of reading and storing data through the commons-fileupload plugin, to the security of the data, the fingerprint attendance machineattendance information first forming a file form, these temporary files areuploaded to the server, so it won’t take up too much internal efficiency, at thesame time upload the file size does not decrease. Third aspects: the fingerprintinformation real-time acquisition and processing, through the accurateextraction of the center point of the accurate extraction and minutiae.
