Image is the visual basis for people to perceive the world,and is an important channel for people to obtain information,express information and transmit information.With the development of semiconductor process technology and integrated circuit technology,CMOS image sensor has been rapidly developed and widely used.This topic focuses on the information acquisition and application technology of CMOS image sensor.The main contents are as follows:(1)The design of image information acquisition system based on CMOS image sensor OV5640 was developed.The high-performance FPGA of Spartan-6 series of Xilinx was used as the core of system image acquisition and processing.The functional modules of FPGA were completed by using Verilog language and ISE system tools.Writing and debugging,the main contents include: the main controller configures the image sensor,caches the image data collected by the front end into the SDRAM,and displays it in real time through the VGA;when the important information capture is needed,the OV5640 camera function is activated and the captured image is taken.The data is stored in an SD card for later data analysis studies.(2)The image data can be transmitted to the PC through USB2.0,and the MFC application is built on the Visual Studio platform for image data display processing.Finally,based on the acquired image information,a vehicle violation based on the background difference method is studied.Stop detection method.On the FPGA chip,the background difference method is used to perform threshold extraction,open operation,denoising and connected domain analysis on the difference image to complete the target extraction,and the application research of vehicle violation detection is realized.(3)Verification of the designed CMOS image acquisition experimental platform acquisition system: real-time acquisition of image information,storage and extraction of image data at any time,through USB and PC interface circuit design,realize the image display on the PC.(4)The image information of the collected illegal vehicles is processed by the background difference algorithm on the FPGA chip to realize the vehicle violation detection and marking.The paper combines CMOS image acquisition technology and image processing technology to realize the acquisition and application of image information.This topic provides a new idea and solution for the application of CMOS image sensor in detection technology.
