A Study On The Quantitative Measures And Topic Of Global Management Funded Papers

This article uses the data of a total of 91,916 papers in management science SCI and SSCI collected from Web of Science 2015-2019,using information metrology and LDA theme mining,from the perspective of countries / regions and science fund funding agencies,the papers are funded by management fund The output and influence status of the company were analyzed,and the relationship between the three basic measurement indicators funded by the Science Fund,namely the number of fund papers,the total number of citations of fund papers,and the h index of the Science Fund was explored.The theme method depicts the distribution of global management research topics funded by the fund.The main conclusions are:(1)On the whole,the funding rate of the Global Management Science Fund has been slowly increasing year by year,and has been at a relatively high level in the field of social sciences;in terms of countries / regions,China and the United States are global management papers and funds The two countries that fund the most,but there are some differences in the funding effect of the two countries.China has the highest funding rate in the world,but the role of fund funding to promote high-impact papers and reduce zero-cited papers needs to be strengthened;on the contrary,the United States It has much lower impact papers than China 's fund funding rate;(2)There are three significant measures of fund papers: the total number of fund papers,the total number of citations and the scientific fund h index.,Which shows the positive correlation between the amount of fund funding and the impact of fund funding results;(3)In the ranking of ESI highly cited paper fund funding institutions in management,16 science funds in mainland China have entered the top 29 sciences The fund shows that there are Chinese science fund institutions in mainland China that have a supporting role in the high-level research of management.(4)In today's management research,due to the huge role of information and information technology,management informatization has become the main research direction,and at the sametime,cross-disciplinary research with medicine,psychology,computer science and other disciplines has also become management research.Development trends;(5)There is a certain relationship between the number of citations of global management fund papers and themes;research topics in different countries / regions have common points in key hot areas,such as "supply chain management",but each has its own theme Features,such as "platform" research in the United States and "health management" research in Canada.On this basis,it puts forward a policy enlightenment and management suggestions for projects with a balanced subject funding structure,post-excellent funding,key funding for research projects that match the world 's mainstream development trends,and rolling funding for non-mainstream talents.
