Research On Internet Emotional Expression In Case Reports

With the progress of Internet technology and the opening of two micro platforms,the public has more and more discourse power;However,China is in the transition period,and various social problems emerge in an endless stream.With the freshness of technology empowerment,the uneven level of education,the anonymity of the network and so on,the public discourse expression is noisy in the cyberspace Negative characteristics such as confrontation.This kind of discourse expression is embodied in the catharsis of emotion.When the emotion accumulates to a certain extent,it will have a dominant role in the action,which may lead to the phenomenon of group polarization.Irrational emotional expression is difficult to play a positive role in the resolution of events.Therefore,before the discussion of public opinion or public opinion guidance,a large number of negative and irrational expression of network emotions are worthy of attention.Through the review of the research status,we can find that,except for a few empirical studies,most of the research on the expression of Internet emotion stays in the descriptive stage,and most of them think that the expression of Internet users' emotion is irrational,fragmented and scattered,and needs to strengthen management;there are studies on Internet emotion related to the media,but almost no mention of the impact of different media reporting frameworks.But according to the frame effect theory,whether the news text itself can also affect the meaning of people's emotional expression.Therefore,this paper will combine the empirical research anddescriptive analysis,go deep into the semantic level of media reports and emotional expression,take the different framework of media reports involved in the case as the starting point,explore the characteristics and reasons of online emotional expression,and provide a new way for the management of online emotions involved in the case reports.
