Research On The Planning Of TV Special Program Host

Nowadays,with era of convergence media arriving,media environment has witnessed drastic changes which require the traditional television program to transform and impact the feature programs as the main type of television programs.As the mouthpiece of the party and government,host serves as bridge between audience and program,increasing and shouldering the responsibility of program and brand.Taking part in and leading program planning are host ' s responsibility and focus of media to compete and make profit from the market.As a result,a research on host planning of television feature programs has practical significance for work and practice of host of television feature programs.Taking graduation work On the Way and other classic works as examples,the author makes a thorough research on host planning of television feature programs based on some theoretical knowledge related to planning and narratology.The whole passage is divided into four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the research background,status and methods.The second chapter analyzes the two main research perspectives of host planning and raises the research view of this paper--the host planning based on content of program.Then the author illustrates the value of host planning of television feature programs from the aspects of content requirement of feature programs,demand of hosting in different times,actual demands of grass-root work and coordinated planning of style of program and hosts.As the core of the paper,the author discusses the specific links of host planning of television feature programs based on host editorial planning,interview planning and narrative planning in the third chapter.In the process of editorial planning,the hosts should determine the direction and the title of the program precisely and establish the program framework based on specific plan.In theprocess of interview planning,hosts should realize the importance of preliminary interviews and seize the depth of preliminary interview.In the process of narrative planning,hosts should lead the narrative process,enrich the narrative discourse and create narrative style.The fourth chapter introduces the presentation of planning intentions in programs.Editorial planning is presented as ordering of the disordered information.Interview planning is presented as focus of hosts on target object.Narrative planning is presented as context accepted by audience.
