Cross-border And Adjustment:the Accommodation Research Of Host In Different Kinds Of Programs

Since 2009,there is a common phenomenon about television program host cross-border.This thesis is discussing about the reason of this phenomenon,and how to let the host get ready for different kinds of programs.First,the author uses some examples to show the reasons of this kind of phenomenon,then summarize the opinions of the interviewee,at last give the suggestions and countermeasures.Researches show that because of the lack of the excellent hosts,the special assessment mechanism,and the hosts want to make progress in this field,so this phenomenon happens.People are familiar with this phenomenon,but dislike the hosts acts as stiff as a poker.According to this,the author thinks the host should have the ability of universality and the unique style,the host should be the core of the programs,and make sure the host will act a very important role in the programs.
