With the rapid development of radio technology,positioning service is getting more and more prevalent.Positioning includes two kinds of forms: outdoor positioning and indoor positioning.Indoor positioning has a very wide range of applications,because interior is a place where people live the longest time.However,the indoor environment is relatively complicated,and it is not only to overcome the multipath effect,but also to meet the relatively small space on the positioning accuracy requirements.Currently,WiFi based location fingerprinting technology has attracted the attention of many scholars,because it does not need to add additional hardware equipment and wide coverage of APs.Based on its advantages,this paper studies signal source location fingerprinting positioning system,and focuses on the optimization of the number and position of the receiver in the system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the established signal source location fingerprint positioning system structure,the working principle of the positioning system and the influence of indoor interference factors on the signal strength are analyzed.Considering the influence of indoor interference factors on the fluctuation of signal strength and the requirement of positioning cost saving under the guarantee of positioning accuracy,a mathematical model for the optimization of the number of receivers and their position is established.The position of the receiver is determined based on increasing the euclidean distance between the receiver and the reference point.In addition,the number of receivers is determined on the principle of full coverage.Secondly,the improved cuckoo algorithm is proposed to optimize receiver position considering the weaknesses of poor searching ability and slow convergence of the standard cuckoo algorithm.The step factor and random swimming coefficient are improved by using the nonlinear arc tangent function.The experimental results show that the optimization ability and convergence speed of the improved cuckoo algorithm are further improved by testing several standard functions.Thirdly,considering the establishment of the actual environment database requires a lot of manpower,time and is susceptible to environmental issues,the rationality of proposed receiver optimization model is verified by simulation technology that has the advantages of being fast,stable and not easily affected by the environment.The positioning error of the optimized deployment receiver layout is smaller than the positioning error of the human experience placement receiver layout.After that,the proposed theory is applied to the actual environment,and the result also proves its feasibility.Finally,the application software of receiver optimization system is designed and developed which combines with the existing location fingerprint location system of the research group to improve the signal source location fingerprinting system.
