In order to strengthen radio management and use the radio spectrum efficiently and orderly,the localization and detection of radio signal transmission source are necessary to be studied.Radio signal transmission source can be divided into outdoor and indoor.Location and detection of outdoor signal source have made great achievement,and the research on indoor location and detection of radio sources has gradually drawn the academic attention.In this paper,positioning of the indoor radio signal source takes indoor receiver position which is based on received signal strength,and uses the location fingerprinting technology.And the study depth,systematic design and experimental verification are completed on the basis.Firstly,the characteristics of indoor signal source are summarized,and the differences with outdoor signal source are compared.Learned from indoor positioning fingerprint technology to locate radio receivers,research ideas and methods of indoor radio source positioning fingerprinting location system have been determined.The functions of the radio signal source localization system and its main indicators should be are put forward.And then the system's main links are designed that includes collection nodes(signal receiving and data processing unit),the fingerprint database,data network and location matching algorithms,and the overall system's flow chart is determined.Secondly,the optimization of fixed position for signal collection nodes is studied.The transmission model is established based on the analysis of indoor radio propagation.The objective function and constraint condition are researched and determined.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of optimization algorithms,the simplex search method is used to implement optimization of fixed position for the collection nodes.Through the simulation optimization calculation,the reasonability of the optimization system is verified.Thirdly,collection nodes module is determines,data communication platform based on wireless network is designed,and experimental analysis about the Omni-direction of antennas and the signal strength's sensitivity to the distance and environment are carried out.Then filtering method to collect data of signal strength is proposed,and the validity and accuracy of the intensity detection get improvement.Moreover,the application software of location fingerprinting positioning system for indoor radio signal source is written.Finally,the positioning verification and positioning result analysis have been done in the actual environment.The design of location fingerprinting positioning system of indoor radio signal source proposed in this paper is reasonable.And for illegal signal sourcelocation building interior,it has more pertinence and better practicability.
