As an important technical means of acquiring target signal location information,emitter location plays an important role in navigation,voyage,electronic battle and other aspects.In recent years,with the development of research,more and more achievements have been made,but there are still some problems to be solved.In the actual positioning process,due to the existence of various inevitable errors,the array flow pattern is not accurately known,and there are often some deviations or disturbances,usually manifested as the channel amplitude and phase errors of the array,the position errors of the array elements and the pattern errors of the array.This kind of deviation will make the estimation performance of the spatial spectrum greatly reduced,so we need to correct the array error to obtain high spatial spectrum estimation accuracy.With the development of the times,people's research on the radar is deepening.The radar has developed from early warning radar to the radar which can track and locate moving targets,and is widely used in the detection of ground targets,sea targets and air targets.Among them,the sky wave over the horizon radar(OTHR)is a kind of radar that transmits and receives high-frequency electromagnetic wave.The transmitted signal is reflected on the target by the ionosphere transmitted wave and then received by the radar array again.Because of the existence of free electrons and ions in the ionosphere,the signal will be affected by the power layer during the transmission process,so we need to correct the impact.Firstly,this paper studies the basic principle and processing flow of common signal processing algorithms,such as music algorithm and its improved algorithm,and carries out simulation verification.Secondly,the amplitude and phase errors and the position errors of the elements in the array errors are studied.The errors are modeled and corrected by the active correction method of setting the correction source,and the phase winding problem in the correction process is analyzed.Then,the problem of error correction under the condition of ionosphere structure and ionosphere existence is studied,including the problem of array error correction under the condition of unknown ionosphere height and the problem of deviation of azimuth pitch angle of target signal incident to receiving array caused by ionosphere reflection.Finally,based on the actual measured data of the scientific experiment,the simulation and measurement data processing and analysis are carried out,includingnear-field target experiment and far-field target experiment.
