Research On User Knowledge Collaboration Model Of Social Question And Answer Community Based On Supernetwork

With the development of the Internet Web2.0,a socialized question-andanswer community in which everyone can edit,participate in,and open interactive sharing has gradually become an important channel for users to search for,acquire,and share knowledge.The socialized question-and-answer community is an intelligent and socialized network service platform that connects users' knowledge needs and promotes knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation.Users use it to spend less time and channels to obtain more in-demand information and knowledge,and to meet the pursuit of vertical and accurate information.Its core lies in the user's "problem"-oriented self-generated content,and its essence is the process of knowledge collaboration by users with the goal of problem-solving.In the process of collaborative knowledge innovation for users in the socialized question and answer community,users express their thoughts and opinions around "questions",presented in the form of answers covering multiple knowledge elements.This process involves multi-level and multi-level associations among multiple collaborative knowledge elements.The super network based on multi-layer network integration fits the function structure of each element in user knowledge collaboration,so this paper uses the form of super network to study user knowledge collaboration in social question and answer communities.From the perspective of user knowledge collaboration in the socialized question and answer community,this research uses four methods: literature research,model research,social network analysis and empirical research to conduct theoretical and empirical research on user knowledge collaboration in the socialized question and answer community.Specifically,it starts from the following aspects:(1)An overview of user knowledge collaboration in the socialized question-and-answer community.Discuss the connotation and characteristics of the socialized question-and-answer community and the basic concept of knowledge collaboration,expounding the user's knowledge collaboration mechanism of the socialized question-and-answer community from both definition and connotation.Finally,four synergistic knowledge elements of user knowledge synergy are extracted: user,question,answer,and knowledge element.(2)The construction of user knowledge collaboration model based on hypernet.Based on the super-network theory,the four collaborative elements are analyzed and modeled sequentially,and the relationship between the network and the network layer is analyzed,and the user knowledge collaboration model of the social question and answer community displayed in the form of a super network is integrated.(3)Construction examples and analysis of user knowledge collaboration model.Take the "Zhihu" community as an example,select part of the data under the topic "mate 30" to construct a user knowledge collaboration model composed of users,questions,answers,and knowledge metadata.Three super-network characteristic indicators of node degree,super edge,and node super-degree analyze user knowledge collaboration.In order to show the correlation and interaction of various synergy elements in the process of knowledge synergy,clarify user characteristics and knowledge characteristics,sort out user knowledge needs and knowledge capabilities,explore potential user synergy groups,and facilitate the community to deeply explore and manage user knowledge to create better Community experience.
