A Study On The Influence Factors Of Users' Continuance Intention In Social Question And Answer Platform

With the development of the Internet,more and more people want to seek and obtain the knowledge and information from the network,but due to the characteristics of the Internet itself in the network of false,confusion of information with the network,through the traditional search engine to search information has been unable to meet the people to the information and knowledge for the needs of people,urgent need a new way to get information,social Q&A platform is produced in this background.With the socialization of the early development of the inquiry platform quickly,users continue to rise,but the user's activity and the rate is not ideal,how to maintain the user's retention rate and continuance intention is the core problem of the platform.The problems arising in the current realistic background and platform,continuous use of intention factors of the main object of this paper is social Q&A platform users,based on the theory of use and satisfaction theory and other mature model,based on the literature review,combined with the current era background,proposed affect the user the continued use of seven factors,namely,social relations,information quality,system quality,platform innovation,perceived privacy risk,interaction and platform management,put forward the assumption of the study model,data collected through questionnaire survey,using SPSS 19.0software to collect data by correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the proposed assuming,through analysis of the results shows that information quality,system quality,social relations,platform innovation,perceived privacy risk And interactivity and platform management of users' continuance intention has a positive correlation,and information quality,system quality,platform innovation,interaction and platform management effects on users' continuance intention is significant,the study on the various test results put forward reasonable explanation and put forward specific proposals.It is hoped that it will be of theoretical and practical significance for the social question answering platform to keep the users' continuance intention.
