In recent years,the sharing economy has developed,the Internet has become more popular,and information and knowledge have spanned time and space with the help of the Internet,ushered in an era in which information is shared by all.In this context,the social question-and-answer platform emerges as a platform for knowledge sharing.It can support users to collaborate online to edit texts and form a new user content production model,namely the “question-answer-feedback” model.To form a complex of information communities and social platforms.The form of user-created content is a question and answer,which affects the development of the socialized question-and-answer platform.It is the quality of question and answer.However,the current question and answer platform development encounters problems,the specific form of performance is: the user's willingness to share knowledge is not high,and the quality of questions and answers is low.Therefore,the research on the knowledge sharing behavior of the social question and answer platform has very important significance.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of the socialized question and answer platform and the research status at home and abroad are expounded.Based on the social cognitive theory(SCT),the technology acceptance model(TAM)and the information system service quality evaluation model(E-SQ)are introduced,and the socialized question and answer is introduced.Based on the relevant elements of the platform situation,the initial model of the influencing factors of the knowledge sharing behavior of the socialized question and answer platform was constructed,and the corresponding hypotheses were put forward.Then,design the questionnaire,select the respondents,conduct pre-test and formal release of the questionnaire,obtain 269 sample data,use SPSS24.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,use AMOS24.0 to structure model path relationship,model The degree of adaptation,etc.is empirically tested,and then the unsupported paths and latent variables are deleted to correct the model.Finally,the conclusions are drawn: result expectation,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and community incentives have a direct positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior;privacy and security indirectly affect knowledge sharing behavior through result expectation and community incentives.It is hoped that the conclusions of this study can help the user behavior analysis of the socialized question and answer platform,and provide reference for the formulation of commercial operation practice strategies.
