In 2018,Samsung electronics ranked first in the smartphone business with a stable market share of 22% due to its 314 million worldwide sales.Meanwhile in China,the world's largest smartphone market,Samsung is at the bottom of the rank with a 0.8% market share.The "Samsung note7 explosion" incident in 2016 can be regarded as the "explosion point" of Samsung mobile phones in the Chinese market.However,the subsequent market downturn is caused by Samsung's constantly strategic mistakes and political influence,and Samsung China has come to a moment of no return.The research object of this paper is the integrated marketing of Samsung GalaxyS9 smartphone in Jiangsu province,it starts from the theory of integrated marketing by introducing the integration of marketing strategy,marketing tools,marketing communication,followed by comparison between 4P and 4C marketing theories.The brief introduction of market segmentation theory will pave the way for further research and analysis.According to the SWOT theory,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by Samsung smart phones in Jiangsu market.The problems and upgrade direction of Samsung GalaxyS9 smartphone in Jiangsu are discussed by analyzing the customers of Samsung GalaxyS9 smartphone in detail in different channels in Jiangsu.The integrated marketing plan of GalaxyS9 in Jiangsu market will be analyzed in depth from four aspects,the integration of marketing strategy,marketing tools,marketing communication and marketing direction in the era of 5G Internet of things.The conclusion is finally drawn,through the analysis of the strategic cooperation between Samsung and Suning and the analysis of the 5G pilot cities in Jiangsu.Samsung builds a 5G ecosystem by combining strategic cooperation with operators and with the dividend of the 5G era,Samsung smartphones will re-expand.
