Design And Implementation Of Transportation Vehicle Monitoring And Management System For Petrochemical Logistics Enterprises

Through the design and development of transportation vehicle monitoring and management system in petrochemical logistics enterprises,the management process of transportation vehicles in petrochemical logistics enterprises is sorted out comprehensively,it can be realized in an automatic way.It can obviously improve the management efficiency of transportation vehicles and improve the management level of transportation vehicles in petrochemical enterprises.The key link of vehicle supervision and dispatching system is vehicle positioning and dispatching instructions.At present,most domestic transport vehicles are equipped with GPS positioning device.The real-time position and speed of vehicles are obtained by GPS,and the abnormal situations such as overspeed are forewarned and vehicle monitoring and management are made.This is also one of the key technical problems to be solved in this paper.By investigating the present situation of transportation vehicle monitoring and management in petrochemical logistics enterprises,this paper analyzes the requirements of the core business issues of the enterprise design.Specifically,it includes two types,the management of transportation vehicles and the management of personnel.Management of personnel,including the distribution of authority to personnel,basic information,functions,driver files,violations of regulations and so on,and the management of transport vehicles,including the maintenance and repair of vehicles,Transportation status(GPS monitoring),dispatch and other information management.Therefore,the main functions of the system include basic file management,monitoring management,vehicle management,driver management,system maintenance and other five functional modules.Each large function module is also divided into a number of small modules.System development tools using vs2010,database management system using SQLserver2010.Then this paper develops a set of vehicle management system suitable for petrochemical trade enterprises by using software engineering "three-tier architecture" design concept,using B / S architecture,using.NET development framework.The main functions of this software include basic file management.Monitoring management,vehicle management,driver management,system maintenance and other five functional modules.Then the system design of vehicle monitoring and management system for petrochemical logistics enterprises,including database design and related data design.Finally,the system is tested.Through the development of the vehicle monitoring and management system for petrochemical logistics enterprises,the logistics company cooperated with the author has been applied concretely,which can realize the management of the basic archives management,monitoring,vehicle,driver,system maintenance.It greatly improves working efficiency and safety of vehicle equipment.
