ERP is an important means to realize Enterprise informatization.However,practice has proved that the effect of ERP project implementation is often not as expected.According to statistics,the proportion of ERP projects that can successfully achieve the system set goals according to the estimated is only about 10%,while the proportion of projects not completed according to the system goals is as high as 30-40%,and more than 50% of enterprises' projects are failures.ERP project investment is large,the implementation cycle is generally relatively long,once the implementation failure,the impact on the enterprise is huge.Therefore,it is a realistic problem worthy of attention to identify,analyze and determine the corresponding measures for the risk of ERP project implementation and improve the success rate of ERP project implementation.In this paper,on the premise of fully absorbing the related theory,Ehualu ERP project implementation,for example,emphatically with the characteristics of the industry collectivization system integration enterprise ERP implementation risk management are analyzed and the research,system integration industry informatization is different from general manufacturing,it involved in project management,procurement and financial accounting process is complex,the application of ERP in system integration industry more and more widely,especially the collectivization of system integration enterprise have different geographical dispersion,project is various,personnel quality,has its special industry characteristics,in these enterprises implement ERP project risk should be taken seriously.Based on the theoretical basis of ERP risk management at home and abroad and the actual management situation of Yihualuo Company,this paper identifies different types of risks in different stages of ERP implementation stage according to the risk management theory,including four types of risks: software selection and service provider risk,organizational management change risk,project implementation process risk and safety and operation and maintenance risks,and evaluates the above risks by using scientific analysis methods.Determine the weight of the risk,according to the evaluation results,put forward targeted control and solutions.This paper strives to pass the practical experience of typical enterprises in the industry(Ehualu)for the implementation of ERP.The project or the relevant enterprises preparing to implement the ERP project will provide some theoretical support to provide some useful reference for relevant enterprises.
