Since the reform and opening up,along with the profound transformation of China's economy,politics,culture,society and other fields,the original social order has been accelerating the deconstruction,and the new social order has been established and constantly improved.As the main content of social order,the rule of law plays an extremely important role in it.As an important part of the construction of the rule of law system,"popularization of law" plays a vital role in it.In the system of "popularization of law",the value of Television Legal Programs is particularly prominent.Based on this,this study chooses the topic of " Research on the Development and Evolution of Television Legal Programs in China since Reform and Opening-up ",and on the basis of discussing the relevant theoretical issues of " Television Legal Programs ",divides it into three multi-dimensional and closely related dimensions:time linear dimension,text space dimension and communication effect dimension,and combines the history with the new trend of the development of the "Four Quantities" media,to makes a corresponding analysis of the future development trend of Television Legal Programs in China.Among them,on the aspect of time linear dimension,the development and evolution of Television Legal Programs in China is divided into the initial formation period of program potential,the extreme expansion period of program scale and the basic perfection period of program system;In the aspect of text space dimension,the change of program idea,content,structure and discourse is discussed;In the aspect of communication effect dimension,the dissemination effect of the Television Legal Programs in China mainly has undergone three evolutionary processes: direct positive magic bullet effect,significant positive and negative symbiosis effect and deep interactive participation effect.The future development may show three main trends: service-oriented trend,multi-subdivision trend,and multi-distribution trend.
