Since the 1990 s,economic development has shown increasingly clear global integration characteristics,which has made the market competition increasingly tense,and the competitive pressure of enterprises has continued to increase.ERP system can effectively combine customer order status,business operation dynamics and supplier resources,which can help enterprises to better control each part of the supply chain at the same time,so as to meet the needs of the increasingly rapid development of the business.A company is a large-scale foreign trade and economic enterprise.In the process of continuous development and growth of the company,the financial system currently has imperfect functions and complicated business processes.Therefore,this paper takes the financial system of a company as target to reconstruct the financial system by considering the ERP with advanced management ideas and realize centralized management of financial data,so as to strengthen financial control and improve office efficiency.Firstly,this paper summarizes the background,significance and development of the topic at home and abroad.Then,through the analysis of the status quo of the old system before reconstruction,the system functions required by a company are clarified,and the main components are general ledger management,real estate management,transaction management,intra-enterprise transaction management,report management,credential integration platform management,and auxiliary modules,while confirming that the system should have ease of use,data security,and reliability.In the design and implementation of the system,the overall design of the system uses a browser and server architecture(B/S architecture),the database uses an open source Oracle database.The system implementation adopts J2 EE technology and MVC mode.In order to improve development efficiency and system stability,myeclipse is adopted as the development platform of the system,and the current popular SSH framework is used for development.Finally,the white box test method and the black box test method are used to test the financial system and analyze the effects before and after the reconstruction.In the practical application,the system can simplify the content of financial management work,which is also a key for enterprises to realize informatization.Moreover,it can also provide some references for future researchers,which is of great practical value.
