Research And Application Of Capital Expenditure Management System With Grayscale Association

As the company's business scale expands,the number and types of projects that the company needs to manage and control are increasingly complex,and the number of project participants increases,which makes the management of the company very difficult.How to adopt effective means to achieve monitoring and management of project schedule,expenditure status,project yield,has become a difficult problem in front of management.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of capital expenditure management,then discuss how to use information technology to improve management level,improve work efficiency,and help leadership decision-making.Before the system is realized,the capital expenditure management is managed by the Excel table.The professional staff will make an Excel spreadsheet of the progress of each project and transmit it to the administrator and development planning department of another system through the broadband network.Statistical reports are also performed using an Excel spreadsheet.There are various drawbacks to this management method.This paper constructs a capital expenditure management system model based on grey relational degree.By carefully analyzing the data involved in the project,the corresponding algorithm is designed to efficiently and accurately analyze and process the relevant data.In addition,the gray-scale correlation technology is introduced to remind the project attribute analysis history project,and the similarity of the project is determined by calculating the gray correlation degree between the new project and the historical project.Based on the similarity degree of the project,the cost risk and cycle analysis of the new project are predicted.To provide a reference for high-level decision-making.Through these efforts,we will achieve the goal of efficiently and accurately managing large-scale projects.The system is developed in Java language,based on Spring framework technology.The front end uses the more advanced rich Internet technology—ExtJs 3.0,the background database MySQL 5.0,and Tomcat 6.0 as the application server.The system operation results show that the system has improved the management level of capital expenditure and improved the work efficiency.At the same time,through comparative analysis with historical projects,it provides good support for decision analysis.
