The development of information technology and the rise of the Internet has led to the growth of electronic products,the demand for electronic components is rising year by year,as one of the three pillars of electronic components,memory chips are developing rapidly.Founded in Hsinchu,Taiwan,Macronix's main business is the production and sale of NorFlash,which is not only the leader in non-volatile memory systems,but also the world's largest supplier of NorFlash and Rom.In recent years,with the improvement of competitors' technology,Macronix's position in the low-end market has been impacted,especially under the urgent demand of domestic and foreign customers for price reduction,Macronix's market share has gradually shrunk,and the traditional marketing model no longer meets the development needs of the new era.Therefore,Macro company need to adopt what kind of marketing strategy to deal with the fierce competition in the market is the focus of this paper.This article takes Macronix company as the research object,through the literature material research,carries on the exploration and the ponder to the marketing correlation theory and the experience,draws support from the market survey method,through with each function department administrative personnel,main staff's depth interview,unifies Macronix company's actual situation,the historical data carries on the market marketing the analysis,excavates the question and the loophole which in the current enterprise marketing exists with emphasis.Based on the analysis of macro and micro marketing environment of Macronix,this paper focuses on the marketing optimization strategies of Macronix,such as target market,product,price,channel and promotion,in order to stabilize the dominant position in the Chinese market.With the help of marketing team,system,plan,process,organization and control,the implementation of marketing optimization strategy is guaranteed.The results of this study,the Macronix company in the Chinese market marketing strategy optimization has guiding significance for the future development of enterprises to provide guidance and reference ideas,to further enhance the Macronix company in the Chinese market marketing share,and consolidate the market position in the fierce competition.It has reference value for the marketing of this type of enterprise or similar industries in the Chinese market.
