At present,China's urban development has entered a new stage.The cities are getting larger and larger,the urban agglomerations are getting denser,the urbanization rate is getting higher and higher,and the corresponding urban problems are becoming more and more complicated.Urban planning and design need to gradually change from qualitative planning to quantitative planning.Traditional urban planning and designing methods cannot meet the rapid development of the city.The arrival of the era of big data has brought urban planning into the era of big data.With the help of big data technology,urban planning and design can be transformed from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.The rational use of different types of data has become an important means of urban planning.Advanced information technology and rich data for urban planning have become an important development trend.The topic of this thesis is selected from the mobile signaling big data platform of Changchun Institute of Urban Planning&Design.The main research point is to develop a platform system that uses mobile phone signaling data to spatially analyze and visually display the employment residence place of urban permanent residence.The use of mobile phone signaling data is mainly due to the advantages of low cost,wide coverage,stable and reliable data,large sample size,high spatial resolution,and strong dynamics.At the same time,GIS spatial analysis technology,ECharts visualization technology,Oracle database,Visual Studio development tools,etc.are used for system development.According to the internal project requirements of the Institute of Planning and the accumulated requirements of technology reserve research,the thesis determines the requirements for the mobile phone signaling big data platform,and through research and regular technical meetings,determines the user's functional and non-functional requirements and conducts feasibility analysis.After completing the requirements analysis,the overall technical route design and detailed system design of the system were carried out.The main content of the overall technical route includes:(1)processing of mobile phone signaling data through related algorithms,providing a data foundation for subsequent data analysis and visualization system development.(2)According to the project requirements,based on the data processing,professional software such as GIS is used for spatial analysis of the data.(3)On the basis of data processing and spatial analysis,database design and data display platform system architecture design and functional module design.The main contents of the detailed system design include(1)mobile phone signaling data processing,algorithms,and models.First,the mobile phone signaling data and the base station data are cleaned up,and then the job residence place identification algorithm and the stop point identification algorithm are designed.Finally,the user track model and the travel feature identification model are established.(2)Analysis of spatial characteristics.Arcgis spatial analysis technology is used to analyze the data spatially,including quality analysis,employment residence relationship,travel characteristics,commute characteristics,urban connectivity,attraction points,and dynamic population distribution.(3)Visualization system platform.First design the database table of system platform,and then use visual tools such as ECharts to build the platform.The significance of this mobile phone signaling big data platform development not only provides data support for the quantitative analysis of urban planning and design at this stage,to achieve the transformation of urban planning and design from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis,but also has accumulated many experience in the application of big data technology,and also provides the system with the use of multi-source data and Multi-platform merge laid the foundation.
