In recent years,plantar pressure testing system has been a research hotspot in medical equipment,sports performance,shoe design,among which the design of electronic circuit and software is the difficulty.At present,there are still some problems in the research of plantar pressure system.For example,in the circuit design,due to the signal attenuation,the measured data is not accurate enough,the pressure test insole has large errors in the process of moving,and the user experience of the pressure display graphical interface is not friendly enough.Therefore,it is decided to design a plantar pressure test system independently.The application environment of the laboratory limits the scheme of large-scale pressure test board,which is not easy to implement.In this paper,through the research of electronic circuit and software design,the overall design of plantar pressure system is put forward in detail.The overall structure of plantar pressure system is considered respectively.The linearity,hysteresis,sensor size,pressure range and temperature sensitivity of flexible sensing materials are considered.The data are collected by polling,according to the actual sensing point Through the use of resistance voltage amplifier,the accuracy of the sensor is increased.NRF24L01 wireless serial port module with long transmission distance and fast transmission speed is selected to realize the wireless transmission of data.The feasibility of the design is preliminarily realized by using ardunio module.Through the research of human anatomy,the pressure area of the sensor is selected.According to the user's experience in practical application,the finished insole is studied and the design scheme is proposed.The circuit is optimized by using the resistance voltage amplifier,and the pressure insole which can collect data of multiple testers at the same time is realized.In the software part of plantar pressure system,through Win Form application,the visual window of the software is realized and the received data is collected.And shows part of the code.In the aspect of color representation,RGB model is selected to represent the data according to the actual needs.In mobile devices,through the research of unity3 d and Android system,the technical scheme is given.Mongodb is selected for data storage.In the future maintenance,the table relationship in the database should be reconstructed according to the change of data volume.Through the data collection of 100 pairs of experiments,the main pressure areas of plantar pressure were analyzed,and through powebi,the analyzed data were visualized in the form of icons to improve the user experience.
