Various physiological parameters reflects the health of the human body, and the plantar pressure plays an irreplaceable role in diagnosing diabetic foot as a physiological parameter of the foot. Therefore, the thesis designed a plantar pressure distribution detector based on embedded system.Plantar pressure distribution testing, which also is known as plantar pressure measurement and foot stress testing, is a measurement technique which can obtain the vertical stress distribution between the human foot and its support plane. Natural science and technology is improving, which make applications of plantar pressure distribution testing become more widespread. Thus, plantar pressure distribution testing is important in Clinical diagnosis, sports fitness and Footwear innovation research and development.We design plantar pressure distribution testing, machine data acquisition and data analysis software included. We compared the various common pressure sensors in this paper, and we choose the pressure sensors with piezoresistive effect. Then we designed acquisition array which combined two independent modules. In this array, we designed ranks scanning to acquisitions data of sensor plates whose density is four collection point per square centimeter. The feasibility of the ARM chip master plan is Analyze and the hardware circuit is designed and the principle and function of each module circuit are Introduced and then interference problems of the hardware circuit are discussed. Plantar pressure data acquisition process is to change the pressure information into a collection of film resistivity changes, and then converted into a voltage signal. The key technology of process is adjustable constant current which is provided by iDAC integrated into MCU. The voltage signal is transmitted to the master chip.The application program of slave computer are wrote in the Eclipse IDE integrated development environment and the application program of master computer are wrote in VS 2012.Plantar pressure database are set up and managed by SQL Server. We called the underlying OpenGL graphics library, and drew plantar pressure distribution image, and saved pressure distribution data,and created charts analysis, and achieved the objective of query and modify the implementation which is historical data. Finally,we set the management authority of login account which is to protect personal privacy information.
