At present,accidental fall injury is still one of the important causes of the elders' disability and death.The premise and foundation of the elders' fall intervention is to evaluate the risk of fall in the elderly and take corresponding intervention measures according to the assessment results.The assessment of fall risk is mainly to analyze the body feature data of the middle-aged and elderly people.And the current body feature data are still manually measured and recorded.There are a lot of subjective factors in the manual measurement and recording of the target weight change,which affects the accuracy and efficiency of measurement and recording,and it is difficult to keep the measurement data for a long time.In order to solve the problems of single and unintegrated measurement methods,complex and error-prone measurement process,this paper designs and implements a data acquisition system for fall risk assessment of middle-aged and elderly people.The system is based on multi-sensor data acquisition which collects body characteristics and machine vision image analysis to obtain the data needed for fall risk assessment.The multi-sensor acquisition module can realize the data collection of height,weight,walking speed and foot pressure.Multi-sensor acquisition includes five modules: sensor acquisition,data transmission,front-end display,system power supply and software program.The sensor acquisition terminals communicate with each other through bluetooth,and the STM32 microcontroller wirelessly transmits the collected data to the upper computer software center through WiFi.Finally,the upper computer software center processes,stores and displays the data according to the data.Machine vision image acquisition platform can realize the acquisition of walking posture image.After the image is acquired,it is transmitted to the upper computer through the serial port,and the upper computer carries out posture recognition and image feature extraction to generate the human body posture diagram.Thedesign of the target detection method mainly includes five parts: image acquisition,image processing,template matching,feature segmentation and analysis and display.The design of upper computer software framework consists of two parts,including front-end application software design and back-end application software design.Front-end application software design refers to the development of software interface,and back-end application software design refers to the realization of database.After running tests of each functional module of the data collection system of fall risk assessment,it is concluded that the system enables effective data collection and storage in the actual measurement work,reduces the number of errors and measurement errors,reduces the labor intensity of the medical staff,and realizes the requirements of integration of data measurement,recording and display.
