With indoor positioning and navigation service is more and more close to the daily life,the application of seamless handover technology has received extensive attention,its development and application to position location,navigation service and security control,and convenient intelligent life of service intelligence.GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)system can be compared to the precise positioning of a global service system,more commonly used for GPS(Global Positioning System)positioning system.As for the indoor environment,the mobile device receives the GPS signal is very weak,can not provide good positioning services.WiFi indoor positioning system has the advantages of fast transmission,low cost,accurate positioning and so on.The integration of these two different positioning systems,how to achieve seamless switching,has become the key problem of indoor and outdoor positioning navigation.In this paper,based on the combination of fuzzy logic and neural network switching algorithm to achieve and solve the problem of seamless switching between indoor and outdoor.(1)The GNSS architecture is studied and analyzed,and the positioning system which is popular in the world is introduced.The positioning principle of GNSS is introduced and the positioning accuracy is analyzed.The method behind WiFi indoor positioning classification,positioning analysis method,proposes an improved shared nearest neighbor algorithm for indoor positioning,the algorithm mainly uses data object distance and the number of weights are optimized by proximity measure,to achieve a more accurate positioning of the interior,finally put forward in this paper a real data set the algorithm through verification and comparison with the traditional fingerprint positioning algorithm,the result shows that the accuracy of the algorithms proposed traditional fingerprint positioning algorithm.(2)The mobile communication network to switch through the handover decision algorithm on homogeneous networks and heterogeneous networks will describe and analyze the heterogeneous network handover fuzzy neural network algorithm is applied to the switch position,at the same time extended to seamless handover location,so as to establish the application of model switching algorithm between different systems and data needed.(3)The core of indoor and outdoor seamless handoff decision method is to establish a system function fuzzy neural network algorithm based on value,can be in different environments by using received signal strength and the number of satellites to determine the location of the user,so as to choose the positioning system suitable for effective positioning.The position information positioning system simulation of the method,finally the experimental structure in real data show that the proposed fuzzy neural network switching switch relative to the average signal strength is more suitable for the traditional regional switch at the door.In the indoor environment,how to make the most effective and the most efficient placement of AP,so as to make the scientific analysis of the layout of the coverage,to solve the problem of the possible deployment of AP when switching.Overall,this is the mobile terminal in a different environment,the integration of GPS and WiFi two kinds of positioning system to locate the position of a seamless handoff algorithm based on fuzzy neural network,and propose a shared nearest neighbor algorithm to make more accurate indoor positioning and fast to fingerprint indoor positioning.The simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network algorithm can effectively realize the seamless vertical handoff between the two systems.
