| As a core component in the construction of corporate culture,corporate image is a valuable intangible asset of an enterprise,as well as a basic prerequisite for a corporate to strive for a sustainable competitive advantage.A good corporate image is more important than some tangible wealth such as capital,equipment,and raw materials.Through public choices and reflections,the corporate image can be summed up as product image,marketing service image and social responsibility image.Business archives are the products of the enterprise practice activities,which are formed directly by people in the enterprise practice activity,and their content is the original record of the content,the process and the conclusion of the enterprise management activities.The various characters of business archives form a close and related connection to the establishment of corporate image.Giving full play to the roll of business archives in shaping the image of the enterprise has a certain significance.This article takes the business archives and the corporate image as the breakthrough point.Firstly,combining realistic cases,it discusses the relations between business archives and corporate image establishment as well as the functions which business archives have for shaping corporate image.Secondly,it deepens into the realistic problems we are facing in China when the enterprises shape their corporate image using business archives.Finally,it explores some methods of developing business archives to the shaping of corporate image from three aspect: enterprise archive management should take corporate image shaping into consideration,making full use of corporate archives,and relying on information technology to shape enterprise image.In the whole research,this article adopts the literature analysis method,the case study method,the inductive and deductive method as well as the system analysis method.The article explores the significances of business archives to the corporate image,and proposes some method for enterprises to develop business archives for shaping corporate image. |
