Design And Implementation Of Student Guidance Information Management System

With the rapid development of Internet information technology,service informationization has become the mainstream trend of change in various fields.However,there are still many bottlenecks of informationization which need to be solved urgently in many colleges and universities where the technology frontier originated.The quality of teaching service in Colleges and universities is the display of hard power,while the quality of employment is the touchstone of education quality,and it is also an important symbol of whether the level of colleges and universities is recognized by the society.Therefore,it is very important to improve the level of employment guidance service for students to form a virtuous circle of improving the quality of employment and strengthening the quality of teaching.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of employment guidance information management system for college students,this paper studies the employment guidance information management system serving for students' personalized employment guidance needs.The main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:(1)This paper studies and analyses the relevant platform environment,technical framework and system security strategy of the Web-based personalized employment guidance information management system for students.The system is designed with B/S architecture and J2EE-based SSH framework technology.The comprehensive information of students and office information of counselors are updated and released dynamically in real time through the Internet.(2)This paper analyses and studies the functional needs of information system users,and divides the system into three categories of users(administrators,counselors,head teachers)and three main functions(student management,function management,user security)to explore and study their implementation mechanism.On the basis of system design principles,the system architecture design model is given,and the related functions and module design are completed.The three-tier framework architecture of SSH architecture based on MVC mode is discussed.The corresponding UML use case diagrams,class diagrams and UML sequence diagrams are drawn to clearly show the overall architecture of the system.At the same time,in order to optimize the data of information service system,this paper establishes a set of visual graphics display solutions,including the underlying data format encapsulation definition,data transmission and data image corresponding conversion.(3)The design and implementation process of the system are described in detail from the aspects of system design principles,development environment,functional modules,database,system security,graphics display,and some key program examples are given.Finally,the system is tested,and the reliability,stability and practicability of the system are verified.This system can provide efficient student information management service for the relevant administrators of the college,and effectively promote the employment guidance service for students facing their individual employment needs.
