Design And Implementation Of College Graduates Employment Information Management System Based On Web

With the scale of high school recruitment expands unceasingly, college graduates increase greatly. And the information between graduates and employer unit are also multiplied. Thus, there is certain blindness in the management of the graduates’employment. Students need a platform for collecting and screening effective information that can provide guidance and consultation. It is necessary to build an information platform between graduates and employers. It can make graduates find the suit jobs and provide the most suitable graduates for the employers. And then the design and implementation of a Web based university graduates employment management system is described with the software engineering theory, techniques and tools. The B/S architecture development application is based on ASP.NET, along with SQL Server2005used as the backed databased server. Then the business process and functional requirements of graduates employment management are detailed and thorough explanation. After that, it describes the main function design and implement.The system is composed of six modules, such as registration management, employment recruitment management, dynamic recruitment policy management, recruitment management, message board management and comprehensive management. Web based university graduates employment management system can not only provide convenience management conditions and environment for the bank staff, but also provide a platform for graduates employment and companies recruit. The system can improve the graduates’employment rate and employment quality, so as to improve the whole education level. The interface of system is clear. The system functions are completion and the operation is easy. It can improve the level of the school office automation.
