The Design And Implementation Of An Education Development Foundation Management System For A Local University

Establishing school education development foundation is the carrier for universities to absorb social donation funds.It has become a common practice and development trend for colleges and universities at home and abroad to raise education funds.After several years of operation and development,the Foundation for Educational Development of Local Colleges and Universities has reached a certain scale,with donated assets reaching 10 million yuan.However,with the expansion of the scale of the fund,the management mode and management mode of manual record and management of the fund are facing challenges.The current way of fund management can not meet the needs of the development of the foundation.It is urgent to make full use of information technology to integrate the work inside and outside the foundation,and to improve the management level and work efficiency of the foundation.Aiming at the current business situation and development status of local university education development foundation,this paper applies information technology to the daily management of the foundation,designs and implements an educational development fund management system which can fully cover the business of the foundation,has the characteristics of process automation,and meets the needs of all parties.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)On the basis of in-depth investigation on the website and system of the first-class university education development fund at home and abroad,the demand of the local university education development fund management system is analyzed.Firstly,this paper introduces the functions,uses and current situation of the Educational Development Fund,and analyses the feasibility of the system.Then,it analyses and sorts out the basic functions of the system,such as on-site donation,online donation and fund expenditure,and divides the roles of users.Finally,it analyses the non-functional needs.2)According to the given demand analysis,the fund management system of education development in local colleges and universities is designed and implemented.Firstly,the function modules of the system are defined.According to the application environment of the system,Struts+Spring+Hibernate development framework is used as the system architecture,and the design scheme of each layer is given.In addition,the design scheme of database,system deployment scheme and the realization scheme of each functional module are given,and the realization of common functions is discussed.Finally,the system is tested,and the test results show that the system runs correctly and has availability.Through the development and application of the system,the informationization and automation of the foundation business management have been realized,the efficiency of the foundation management has been improved,and the information technology has been guaranteed for the healthy development of the education development foundation.
