The Research Of College Education Management Software Based On Layered Logic Design Model

Recently ,the process of informatization of our national college education is deepened with the Education model and network hardware have acquired considerable development ,but there are still many shortages existed in college education management application software general and validity, such as we can not achieve agile management in team change or loose organization; The internal education management doesn't fit the external and external applications; redundant information and education staff's workload can not be reduced by achieving office automation, electronic signature. The paper starting from the view of collaborative management, combining with the features of the national college education, designs college education collaborative management software which combines the characteristics of professional software and general software trying to resolve the problems above.Firstly, this paper introduces collaborative concept into college education management area, summaries the common and shortages existed in various college education application software, and then design the college education cooperative management software with the blue ocean strategy, Asymmetric innovation and some other management concepts. It compares and analyzes the design and development models which are likely to be used and comes to the conclusion that the layered logic design might be the most suitable one. Secondly, it redefines the needs of college users and software concept design, analyzes the cooperative work needs both of work teams and single users. Thirdly paper does overall logic design and detailed logic design. The overall logic design completes the network architecture of the overall collaboration software, the overall hierarchical design and cooperative work flow while the detailed logic design deals with the Data layer, the functional layer, presentation layer and application layer, etc. Finally, the paper presents the technical difficulties might be faced in the development of the software as well as the difficulties of the paper. I hope it could be helped in the actual development.This paper has both theoretical and practical value. In theory, it has for the first time concluded the traits of collaborative software for high school as general and specialized software, coupled with the characteristics of colleges and universities ,the paper tries to re-integrate the requirements of high school education management and introduces the concepts of education cooperative area, instant message and agile management into the collaborative software designing, It also put forward 3C+E which means Contact Management, Communication and Collaboration for the first time. In practice, the thesis has provided with feasible tool for high institutes and software operating services to integrate the demand elements of different users.
