Moreover, the database is designed by applying principles of Relational Database, and the system designed with the object-oriented idea. All of these methods greatly improve developing efficiency of the system and quality of the software. This paper implements the input and maintenance of budgetary indicator, the upload and maintenance of originals, the query analysis and statistical report forms of indicator. In the system, we can query the source, whereabouts and original certificate of each fund. Moreover, the multi-level tracking also can be provided in the system in order to accelerate the query of provinces, cities and counties.The "Financial Education Funds Management System of Shandong Province" is conducive to strengthen the financial supervision of the special education fund, ensuring the effective use of the special funds, and improving the work efficiency. The system implements the financial goal that data concentrate upward and services extend downward, which ensure the authenticity and reliability of all departments' data.
