With the promotion of its international status,China is attracting increasing attention from the world.,followed by China foreign spread content put forward higher request,China's foreign communication content request has been from the "out" to the precise "out",from "let the world hear the voice of China" to "speak good Chinese story,good interpretation of Chinese characteristics",discusses China's external communication hierarchical content is of great significance.This paper stratifies China's external communication content from the three dimensions of national communication goal,communication content attribute and audience information demand,so as to construct China's external communication content stratification system and propose corresponding communication strategies.There are many influencing factors in the stratification of China's external communication content,including macro factors,medium and micro factors,which are mainly reflected in the three dimensions of national communication goal,content attribute and audience information demand.Therefore,these three dimensions constitute the basis and standard for the stratification of China's external communication content.The content of China's external communication can be divided into three levels.The second layer of communication content is the content that reflects the culture with Chinese characteristics and the world culture and can be spread by modern means.The third level of communication content is the communication content closely related to the overseas audience,namely food,architecture,natural scenery and other contents.The contents of the first level of China's external communication are mainly disseminated,the contents of the second level are mainly disseminated,and the contents of the third level are selectively disseminated.After the first level of content dissemination goal is basically achieved,the second level of content dissemination can be started.The third level content is opened after the second level content communication goal is basically realized.In particular,when the first level of content dissemination conflicts with the second level of content and the third level of content dissemination,the first level of content dissemination is given priority;When there is a conflict between the content of the second level and that of the third level,the content of the second level should be given priority.In terms of the distribution of communication resources,the first level of content communication resources should be centralized,the second level of content communication resources should be planned,and the third level of content communication resources should be selected for allocation.In this way,limited communication resources can be concentrated and the communication effect can be improved.
