Decision-making is ubiquitous in our life and plays an important role in all fields,and multi-attribute decision-making is one of the most important parts of decision-making problems.Most of the existing multi-attribute decision-making is based on the decision-maker's complete rationality.However,in real life,due to the complexity of the decision-making environment and the limited understanding of the objective world,the decision-maker is often unable to achieve complete rationality.Todim is a multi-attribute decision-making method based on prospect theory,which can better consider the limited rationality and decision preference of decision-makers.However,the classical todim method can only solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem under the condition of exact number,and it is not suitable for the decision-making problem under the fuzzy environment.Therefore,in order to make the decision-making method more suitable for the actual situation,considering the uncertainty of decision-making information,this paper extends the classic todim multi-attribute decision-making method to the interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy environment and improves it to solve the selection problem of e-commerce outsourcing contractors.At the same time,under the fuzzy environment of interval intuitionistic hesitation,todim decision-making method is extended to the field of group decision-making,which makes the decision-making problem more comprehensive.Firstly,the interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy theory is combined with todim method.In the calculation of the advantage degree of todim method,the Hamming Hausdorff mixed distance measure of interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy is introduced.The weight of each attribute is determined by the maximum deviation method,and the advantage between the two schemes is judged by the distance between each scheme and the ideal solution under each attribute.Secondly,the interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy todim multi-attribute decision-making model is established and applied to the selection of e-commerce outsourcing contractors.The evaluation indexes of e-commerce outsourcing contractors,includingdevelopment scale,product quality,professional technology,price level,system risk and business reputation,are constructed.Through the evaluation of four alternative e-commerce outsourcing contractors,according to the evaluation given by experts and interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy todim model to determine the order of advantages and disadvantages of the scheme,and finally determine the most suitable alternative to meet the needs of the company.Finally,the sensitivity of parameters is explored by calculating the superiority degree of each scheme and the final ranking of advantages and disadvantages under different risk aversion coefficients.The comparison between the interval intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy todim method and the interval intuitionistic hesitation module TOPSIS method proves the feasibility and flexibility of the method.
