A Study On Evaluation For IT Outsourcing Risk Of Enterprise Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set

This dissertation can be divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the research background and significance of this paper are described,and the field of the intuitionistic fuzzy set and IT outsourcing are both reviewed.In the second chapter,the theoretical basis of IT outsourcing risk is described.This paper expounds the definition of IT outsourcing and the definition,identification and evaluation of IT outsourcing risk.And it further expounds the risk factors of IT outsourcing.The third and fourth chapters are the key points of this paper.In the two chapters,the basic definition of intuitionistic fuzzy set and the basic definition of Dice similarity,which are combined with the basic concepts of the intuitionistic fuzzy set distance,derive the intuitionistic fuzzy set algorithm based on the generalized Dice similarity in detail.In addition,a new method named TODIM based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets is also described.In the fifth chapter,the new algorithm derived in this paper is used to calculate the same example with the TODIM method.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect.It makes a general summary of the full text and discusses the shortcomings in the article and the future research direction.
