The Control System Provided With An Arithmetic Of Predictive Control Forflume

First, this paper, taking on temperature, height, flux, pressure of liquid as research object, deals with an arithmetic of nonlinear control system in complex production system. Based on practical object model, it has finished algorithmic emulator.With an view to practice, this paper lays emphasis up on some problems such as ultralow-power consumption in a data collection system, anti-jamming in complex condition, communicating between MCU and PC by RS-232 and USB, and protocol in application layer for PC, the design for control interface, the application for USB.At the same time, this paper tries to solve the problem how to use the advanced arithmetic into practice. And it uses the arithmetic of predictive control into practice triumphantly. The result is satisfying.
