From the perspective of the times,the rapid development of the economy has continuously expanded the scale of knowledge-based users.The unequal material conditions and spiritual life have caused a wide range of group anxiety,which has stimulated people's passion for learning.The engine has been unable to meet people's needs well.At the same time,the development of the media has made everyone a content producer,coupled with the support of macro policies,technological advancement,and the development of people's online payment habits,all have brought unprecedented development to the development of knowledge payment.opportunity.However,after the heat,consumers' consumption of knowledge has become more rational,which has also brought huge challenges to the entire knowledge payment market.At present,the entire knowledge payment market generally has the problems of many negative evaluations and poor user stickiness.Such a phenomenon should have been valued by academia and the market,but little research has been done on user stickiness.To this end,this article takes the knowledge payment APP-Zhuhu as an example,collates the previous research on the influence factors of user stickiness of mobile APP and knowledge payment platform,and combines the characteristics of Zhihu itself to build the user payment stickiness of the knowledge payment APP.Evaluation system.Established four first-level indicators of content quality,system quality,service quality,and perceived cost,and comprehensively inspected Zhihu from content to form.The user's experience and perception of the four first-level indicators will affect the user's expected confirmation,and then affect the user's satisfaction and user stickiness.Therefore,this article designs a questionnaire based on the user's sticky evaluation system,and through in-depth interviews and investigations on the evaluation of Zhihu on major Appstores,understands the user's attitudes and opinions on the knowledge payment APP,and summarizes theexisting problems.The results show that there are more or less problems in the four aspects of content quality,system quality,service quality,and perceived cost,which restrict the improvement of user stickiness.Based on the above analysis,this article summarizes the root problems of the entire knowledge payment platform,and the contradiction between people,technology,and capital has caused the content,system,and service quality problems of knowledge payment platforms and the increase in perceived costs.In the future,In the operation of the knowledge paid APP,we should focus on these three aspects,continuously improve the content,system and service quality of the platform,reduce the perceived cost,and further improve user stickiness.
