| With the development of society,the importance of intellectual property transactions has become increasingly prominent.In China’s "13th Five-Year Plan",it is clearly stated that the protection and utilization level of intellectual property rights should be further improved,fully demonstrating the importance of intellectual property services in social development.As smart contracts have the characteristics of decentralization,automatic execution,and no interference from third parties,they can be well suited to the intellectual property trading scene and are widely used on intellectual property transaction platforms.However,due to differences in development agencies and operating platforms,smart contracts in the same field and with the same business may have implementation differences,resulting in problems such as structural disorder,low sharing level,and high development costs,which hinder the development of smart contracts.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize smart contracts in the same field to promote their application and development in intellectual property trading.This paper combines the intellectual property trading scene to propose a form specification for intellectual property trading smart contracts based on alliance chains,and designs the overall architecture and process of smart contracts in the intellectual property trading process.A unified smart contract formal model is used to describe the intellectual property trading process to solve the problem of the current disorderly structure of intellectual property transaction smart contracts.The main research content of this paper includes the following parts:1.Combining the intellectual property trading scene,analyzing the current intellectual property trading methods,proposing the functional and non-functional requirements of intellectual property trading smart contracts,and designing the overall architecture and transaction process of intellectual property trading smart contracts.2.Based on the alliance chain technology,a model of intellectual property trading smart contracts is constructed,and the specific processes of user identity authentication,property rights trading,rights and responsibilities analysis,transaction arbitration,and transaction traceability models in the intellectual property trading process are designed,providing a solution for the standardization of smart contracts in the intellectual property trading scene.3.This model was deployed and applied on the Beibu Gulf Comprehensive Technology Service Platform to verify the intellectual property trading smart contract model,and the smart contract functionality was tested using black box testing.Performance testing and system analysis were also performed on the smart contract module in intellectual property trading.The experimental results show that this solution is feasible.The form specification for intellectual property trading smart contracts proposed in this paper will provide a more efficient,secure,and fair trading environment for intellectual property trading.At the same time,this form specification will also promote the maximization of the value of intellectual property,and promote the protection and utilization of intellectual property. |
