The Study On Cross-Border Logistics And Supply Chain Of Amazon China

With the rapid economic development,people's life standard are increasing,the demand of consumer for online shopping gradually from the domestic to the international market change,triggering a wave of cross-border electricity supplier.In the fierce competition in the cross-border electricity supplier,Amazon China as a large electronic business platform,but also gradually exposed some problems,hindering its healthy development.In this paper,through theoretical research,questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper analyzes the problems of cross-border logistics and supply chain in China,and puts forward the improvement strategy.Through the research,pointed out that Amazon's future Chinese should constantly strive to build intelligent logistics system,make full use of cloud computing,big data cloud based logistics management system;adhere to the fine operation management,customized best logistics solutions and efficient cross-border logistics services,improve logistics efficiency,reduce logistics costs,shorten the time of cross-border transportation of goods the establishment of a global cloud storage system;optimize storage mode,visual management of warehouse operation,establish a diversified mode of free trade zone,overseas direct mail and overseas positions coexist;through the integration platform,give full play to its global supply chain resources,provide high quality,the whole category of internationalization selection for consumers.In addition,it is necessary to pay attention to the sustainable development of cross-border logistics and supply chain in the Amazon,the rational use of national policy,and comprehensively improve cross-border shopping experience,reduce the proportion of return,reduce logistics costs.Through the above improvement strategy Amazon China logistics and supply chain problems to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the rapid development of cross-border business in China.
