Research On Optimization Of Logistics Distribution Route Of County L Chain Supermarket

The acceleration of urban-rural integration in China has brought opportunities for the development of rural logistics,and more and more supermarket chains have entered the rural consumer market.Most of the county chain supermarkets have the characteristics of scattered distribution points,small demand from various chain stores,and complicated routes,which make the chain supermarkets have more constraints on the distribution process.County chain supermarkets with county towns and surrounding villages and towns as the scope of distribution generally lack effective scientific methods when choosing logistics distribution routes,resulting in the problems of high cost,long time and low efficiency of enterprise logistics distribution.Logistics distribution is an important part of the overall smooth operation of the supermarket chain.Optimizing its distribution path is the key to achieving cost savings in the entire logistics distribution process.Therefore,the research on the logistics distribution optimization of supermarket chains is of great significance for enterprises to improve economic benefits and promote the development of green logistics.Based on the research of related literatures at home and abroad,such as chain supermarkets and logistics distribution,this article first outlines the related theories of chain supermarket logistics distribution,logistics distribution path optimization,and so on.Then it takes the county-level L chain supermarkets as the research object and briefly describes the county-level L chain supermarkets.And the status of logistics distribution,the problems of logistics distribution are analyzed.Aiming at minimizing the logistics distribution cost of county-level L chain supermarkets,combining the different advantages of genetic algorithms and mountain climbing algorithms,a logistics distribution path optimization model based on mountain climbing and genetic algorithms was constructed.Through the use of Matlab software to solve the establishment of the county L chain supermarket logistics distribution route optimization model,comparative analysis of the county L chain supermarket distribution route optimization before and after the logistics cost,vehicle load factor and delivery time,etc.,verified the model is feasible Sex.At the end of the thesis,from the aspects of establishing a logistics distribution service standard system of L chain supermarkets,optimizing logistics distribution schemes,and constructing a logisticsdistribution management information system,the paper puts forward suggestions for the development strategy of county chain L chain supermarket logistics distribution.
