Nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,low power wide area network(LPWAN)technology came into being for the wireless transmission of long distance and low power consumption in the Internet of Things.NB-IoT technology stands out among many LPWAN technologies because of its incomparable advantages such as wider coverage,more power saving and working in licensed spectrum.NB-IoT wireless transmission technology has been only three years since its birth,and the research on NB-IoT at home and abroad is still in a state of shortage.Through literature research,this paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research,and elaborates the generation and development status of the Internet of Things and NB-IoT technology.Then from NB-IoT technology to study the NB-IoT network architecture and interface,under several IoT factors for LoRa,Sigfox and NB-IoT that widely used of current LPWAN technology has carried on the contrast,show the technical advantages of NB-IoT and the applicable situation of various LPWAN technologies.Meanwhile,the important security requirements of NB-IoT are analyzed.Then,aiming at the huge amount of battery-powered equipment terminals in the NB-IoT situation,which demand low power performance,based on CoAP protocol and UDP protocol,a design of a low power passthrough module based on NB-IoT was completed for the Narrow Band Internet of Things communication transmission system and low-power battery power supply scenario in the Internet of Things domain.Experimental results verify the characteristics of ultra-low power consumption of the passthrough module as low as 50 microamps and realize two-way transparent transmission of data between the serial port equipment and the network server.Finally,aiming at the security requirements in NB-IoT environment,the cryptographic algorithm is discussed in detail.According to the specific situation and special needs of the NB-IoT,focusing on the lightweight cryptographic algorithm,the three algorithms of LED,TWINE and GOST have been selected from the lightweight encryption algorithm proposed in recent years.They are compared with the traditional DES and AES algorithms in terms of algorithm efficiency and memory overhead.The results show that the lightweight cryptographic algorithm has significant advantages in both efficiency and memory resources,so it is more suitable for security protection of NB-IoT technology. |
