With the progress of science and technology,in order to cope with the change of the trend and adapt to the development of information technology,the business community has gradually explored the effective way of network training,and the deep integration of Internet and education and training is bound to become a trend of the development of human resources in enterprises.Combined with the actual characteristics of users and working environment,the overall function of the system is divided in detail.The project includes three modules: system management,business management and trainees.System management mainly includes message management,user management,user rights setting,login status query and other sub-modules.Business management mainly includes training management,examination management,training resource management,curriculum management and other sub-modules.The test management module realizes the intelligent test volume through the algorithm to assist the enterprise to better detect the employee training results.The trainee part includes my training course,course study,online examination,test questions practice,grade inquiry and other sub-modules.This system has realized the training class and the examination to publish,as well as the uploading,sharing and synchronization mechanism of courses,examination papers and learning resources,and has the good expansibility.The topic selected in this paper is derived from the actual research and development project that the author participated in during his internship.The project is developed based on JSP and adopts the B/S three-tier structure mode to realize the independence of UI layer,business logic layer and data access layer of the system.In the construction process of "network school system ",The author participated in the whole construction link of project investigation,development and implementation,responsible for the design and coding implementation of some functional modules,and also participated in the testing and optimization of the system.This paper is written strictly according to the software development process,according to the specific system business requirements to complete the construction of use case diagram,in-depth analysis of project requirements,system summary Design and further complete the detailed design,strictly according to the requirements code to achieve the system function,finally the system test,the test results can meet the acceptance requirements after the system online preparation work.The system functions are designed and implemented strictly according to the user's requirements.Finally,the system is tested,and the system can be ready to go online after the test results meet the acceptance requirements.In the aspect of talent cultivation,network training can break through the limitation of time and space,and the training mode of "network teaching" has been accepted by more and more enterprises.This system is developed based on the process management of enterprise training,and realizes the management of the whole training process of training investigation,training course development,determine the training teachers,set up training courses,training implementation and training result inspection.Compared with the general teaching assistance system,this system has more comprehensive and diversified functions,and can well integrate training,learning and examination and manage them in a unified way.Has realized the network training system platform which integrates student management,training management,learning materials management,curriculum learning,knowledge practice and examination and testing,which breaks through the problems of single function and poor flexibility of the traditional examination system,has the characteristics of independence,flexibility,economy and high efficiency,make the training management,examination and study project is simplified,and can be well integrated into enterprise training,enables enterprise training business to realize process management,and helps enterprises to realize an effective network teaching training mode.
