In 2020,China's per capita vegetable share will reach 400 kg,while the output of frozen food will increase at the rate of 20%,and the market scale of fresh food industry in the future will be huge.Faced with such a huge challenge,the current terminal distribution mode has many problems,such as the pressure of centralized distribution,the loss of goods and low efficiency.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional distribution mode and improve user satisfaction,in March 2019,JD took the lead in cooperating with retailers to build self-delivery points for fresh good,which combined with instant distribution business,putting forward the mode which combines self-delivery with home-delivery.Then,JD began to operate in specific cities,and is expected to continue to expand construction in 2020;In February 2020,Yonghui and Hangzhou government cooperated to build fresh products' Self-delivery points,and cooperate with instant distribution business platform Dianwoda,which further practice this mode on the basis of JD.This mode to some degree solves the problem,at the same time,which guarantees the legitimate rights of users to choose the delivery method and seeks a new profit-making way for enterprises.In this mode,the layout of self-delivery points determines the operation effect of the mode.At present,this mode developed in the early stage.The question about how to select location for self-delivery points under this mode has not formed a complete set of scientific theory.Therefore,this paper do a research on the Location-selection Problem of Pick-up Points for Fresh Products under the Mode of Self-delivery integrated with Home-delivery,and the work is shown as follows:1)Define the model,extract the three main characteristics of the model and analyze their impact in terms of the location-selection.By comparing the new mode with the traditional mode,three important characteristics of the new mode are abstracted,namely,the diversity of users' distribution demand,the timeliness of end-to-end distribution and the cooperation with retailers can achieve order extraction.This paper analyzes enterprise need to consider the user's choice behavior,the process of self-delivery point queuing and need to analyze and the cooperation of different types of retailers,which provides the basis for the establishment of the following location model.2)This paper constructs the model of location-selection of self-delivery points,and designs the corresponding algorithm to solve it.Based on the analysis of the main characteristics,the traditional model is modified,and the service relationship matrix based on the user's choice behavior is constructed,and the constraints of demand distribution and construction cost are modified;the constraints of self extracting point queuing time,service equipment quantity and cooperation mode of retailers are added;the objective function of the model is modified.Finally,the corresponding genetic algorithm is modified and designed to solve the problem.3)Taking the practical background of a third-party logistics enterprise launching the innovation mode in the beginning of 2019 as an example,combined with the relevant basic data of its pilot city,the location model based on the mode is constructed and solved,which verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters is carried out,which provides reasonable optimization suggestions for enterprises in actual layout and operation.
