With the development of the internet and the popularization of computers and mobile phones, the model of logistics is walking into our life. Shopping on the internet, people don't have to waste a lot of their energy and precious time to send packages. But this model logistics has not achieved the perfection. Some companies have not provided door-to-door service, people have to go downstairs and even go far to the designated site to pick up their goods. In order to help people receiving the goods at home, we design this system.The process of development the terminal distribution of express-package system is based on the software engineering development ideas. Firstly, we need to communicate with the users, fix positions for the productions, research the market etc. And then, we design the system based on High-Cohesion and Low-Coupling. Finally,we test this system to make sure that this system can be stable and efficient operation.This system consists of the basic data management, importing the orders, distribution management, and the rating of dispensers. System development uses the open source framework, mainly using Spring Struts and Hibernate. Dubbo zookeeper provides stable service interfaces.Lucene makes the query efficiency and Quartz provides scheduled timing function. We use the neural network algorithm to achieve the dispensers rating, and use the database partition to speed up query from massive data.This paper achieves the basic operation of the each module data, and basically meets the daily work demand of the delivery packages from the peripheral site to the customer's home distribution management. And then we model the data, pre-processing, classify the data to achieve the dispensers rating. Finally we realize the express-package system. This system promotes the development of the logistics industry and social progress.
